What telehealth means here
Your consultations happen by video inside the app instead of in a clinic room. Your doctor, dietitian and trainer assess you, answer questions and agree a plan with you over that video call, supported by the information in your profile and questionnaires.
Its limits
A remote consultation cannot include a physical examination. Your clinician may decide that something needs an in-person visit, a laboratory test or imaging, and will tell you when that is the case. Technical problems can also interrupt or delay a session.
Who takes part
Only you and the SUHATI clinician are in the call. Sessions are not recorded. Nobody else joins without your agreement.
What is written down
Your clinician records the consultation, their findings and your plan in your SUHATI record, so the rest of your care team can treat you consistently. That record is visible only to the team assigned to you.
Your choices
Taking part is voluntary. You can decline a video consultation, ask for an in-person alternative where one is available, stop a session at any time, or withdraw from the service. Doing so does not affect your right to care elsewhere.
Emergencies
Telehealth is not an emergency service. In an emergency contact your local emergency services immediately rather than booking or waiting for a consultation.
Questions
Ask your care team, or SUHATI support, before your consultation if anything here is unclear.
