How do I register for SEHATI?
Registration is simple and secure. Click "Start Your Journey" and complete our 4-step process: personal information, health assessment, goals & preferences, and consent & privacy. The entire process takes about 10-15 minutes and is HIPAA compliant.
What types of consultations are available?
We offer multiple consultation options: video calls, phone consultations, in-person visits at our Beirut clinic, and home visits throughout Lebanon. All consultations are conducted by licensed healthcare professionals specializing in obesity and weight management.
Is my health information secure?
Absolutely. SEHATI is fully HIPAA and GDPR compliant. We use end-to-end encryption for all communications and store your data on secure, certified servers. Your privacy and data security are our top priorities.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, MontyPay (Lebanese digital wallet), Wish Payment (local gateway), and cash payments for in-person consultations. All online payments are processed securely.
How quickly can I schedule a consultation?
Many of our doctors are available for same-day consultations. Emergency consultations can often be scheduled within hours. Regular appointments are typically available within 24-48 hours.
Do you serve patients outside Beirut?
Yes! We serve patients across Lebanon including Tripoli, Sidon, Tyre, Zahle, Baalbek, and other cities. Video and phone consultations are available nationwide, and we offer home visits in major cities.
