SUHATI is a care service, not a diagnosis engine
Every assessment, nutrition plan, medical plan and prescription in SUHATI is written by a licensed member of your care team who has read your file. The app itself does not diagnose, prescribe, or decide your treatment; it records what your clinicians decide and helps you follow it.
It does not replace emergency care
SUHATI is not for emergencies. If you have chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe abdominal pain, fainting, thoughts of harming yourself, or any other urgent symptom, contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not wait for a reply in the app.
General information is not personal advice
Tips, articles and general guidance shown in the app are educational. They are not tailored to you and must never override what your own doctor, dietitian or trainer has told you.
Tell your care team the truth, and tell them changes
Your plan is only as safe as the information behind it. Keep your medical conditions, medications, allergies and pregnancy status up to date in your profile, and tell your care team promptly if your health changes or you start a new medicine.
Medication and treatment
Take medication only as your SUHATI doctor prescribed it. Do not change a dose, stop early, or add a supplement without telling them. If you have a side effect that worries you, contact your care team; if it is severe, seek urgent care first.
Results vary
Weight-loss outcomes differ from person to person and nothing in SUHATI is a promise of a particular result.
Questions
If anything about your plan is unclear, ask your care team before acting on it. SUHATI support is available 24 hours a day for help using the service.
